Skilled worker visa
A Skilled Worker visa allows you to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with an approved employer. This visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa. It also allows you to work in UK waters.
Innovator founder visa
The Innovator Founder Visa is for start-up entrepreneurs and experienced businesspersons seeking to establish a business in the UK. Applicants do not need to have any specific level of funds to invest in their proposed business, but must have an innovative, viable and scalable business idea, supported by a business plan, which has been approved by an endorsing body.
tier 4 student visa
You can apply for a Student visa to study in the UK if you're 16 or over and you: have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor. have enough money to support yourself and pay for your course.
skilled worker sponsor licence
The Home Office will only grant a sponsor licence to an organisation that can show the roles they are recruiting for, and the workers they intend to sponsor, meet the necessary requirements. The organisation must also have HR systems in place that comply with onerous sponsorship compliance duties.
expansion worker visa
The Global Business Mobility – UK Expansion Worker Visa is for senior managers and specialist employees who wish to be assigned to the UK temporarily to undertake work related to the expansion of an overseas business in the UK. Sponsors may send a maximum of 5 workers at a time.
dependant visa application
Your partner and children can also apply to join you or stay in the UK as your ‘dependants’ if they’re eligible. They’ll need to complete separate applications. If your partner or child’s application is successful, their visa will usually end on the same date as yours. If a child’s parents have visas with different expiry dates, the child’s visa will end on the earlier date.
Standard visitor visa
The Standard Visitor visa has replaced the Business Visitor Visa, Family Visitor Visa, Child Visitor visa, Student Visitor Visa (up to 6 months), Sports Visitor visa, Entertainer Visitor Visa, Prospective Entrepreneur visa, Private Medical Treatment Visitor visa.

The Child Student route allows eligible overseas children to come to the UK for the purposes of studying at an eligible UK educational institution.

uk fiance visa
UK Fiance Visa (also referred to as the Fiancée Visa, Proposed Civil Partner Visa, or Engagement Visa) is part of the family visa scheme. It enables an eligible foreign national over 18 to come to the UK to get married or enter into a civil partnership with a British citizen or a person settled here (e.g. a person with Indefinite Leave to Remain or EU Settled Status).
